Celina Glennon is a leader in sales, leadership, and client experience, and a fierce advocate for unlocking human and business potential. With infectious energy and a no excuses mindset, she is on a mission to help people rise to their highest level of performance and profitability.
Her journey began at the University of Hawaii, where she earned her business degree in Business and Communications in 2019 while working full time in the automotive industry. Never one to settle for average, Celina quickly dominated the sales floor, earning the title of Number One Salesperson year after year throughout her decade in the industry.
Everything changed in 2021 when she met Andy Elliott. Inspired to grow, she invested more than $25,000 in herself through The Elliott Group's personal development programs, immersing herself in virtual training and elite mastermind events. The return on that investment was life changing. Within six months, Celina broke barriers and became her company's first female General Manager. Her transformation was not only professional, it was deeply personal. Her renewed faith in God and her decision to eliminate alcohol from her life added even more momentum to her growth.
In 2022, she made the bold decision to join The Elliott Group. Within her first year, she became a seven figure earner, empowering individuals and organizations to strengthen leadership, build loyal teams, and increase profits through exceptional client experience. Her coaching has impacted thousands of families and businesses across the country.
When she is not helping others succeed in business, Celina is challenging herself in her personal life. A passionate triathlete, she thrives in endurance sports alongside her husband, Tyler Glennon. For Celina, triathlons are more than a hobby. They represent resilience, grit, discipline, and the determination to keep moving forward when others stop.
With a relentless commitment to growth, innovation, and excellence, Celina Glennon is redefining what is possible, one breakthrough, one business, and one leader at a time.
