MAXIMIZE YOUR
Hello, I'm Celina, with a decade of experience in the automotive industry. My journey began in August 2021 under the mentorship of Andy, where within six months, I invested over 25K in training. Thanks to this guidance, I transitioned from being a top salesperson to becoming the first female finance manager and eventually the first female sales manager. Leading one of our sister stores, we achieved record-breaking units. Being a part of Andy's training program led me to join his team, and now I serve as the head coach. If you're seeking to elevate your company's performance in units and sales, let's connect for a transformative 15-minute call.

Period.
I have spent over countless hours around the most elite people you could find. People who are least likely to succeed, people who didn’t have anyone that believed in them. Some people who got caught up in the wrong time at the wrong place. Surprisingly…we have conquered our fears and the people who have counted us out, we have proved them all wrong.
Here is to all the comeback kids out there.
Over the past 365 days, these are the 7 things I’ve learned from studying the best humans and what you can do to better your current situation right now. Change your entire life and become a new person.
SOLUTION BASED MOTIVATION
Surveys indicate that 50–60% of New Year’s resolutions involve health-related goals such as losing weight. Today you are not waiting on New Years, you’re becoming the person you’ve been dying to become. Here is what we’re going to focus on:
What It Means: Before starting any task or setting a goal, reflect on why you’re doing it. Are you motivated by personal growth, helping others, or something positive? Or are you driven by ego, competition, or external pressures? Are you doing it because other people are watching and you want to be in the spotlight?
How to Apply: Align your actions with your values. Ask yourself, “Am I doing this for the right reasons?” Having the right intentions will keep you focused and grounded. It’s also what God wants for you.
What It Means: Your efforts should reflect a sense of purpose and responsibility, not only to yourself but also to those who care about and support you. It’s about building a legacy and creating a sense of fulfillment for yourself and your loved ones. You can either be average or be the example, you chose.
How to Apply: Commit to giving your best in everything you do. Think about how your achievements can positively impact both your personal life and the lives of those around you. Get a pen and paper write down all your thoughts down on what you will do to make your family proud.
BTW…BAD DAYS — there’s no such thing.
What It Means: Everyone has a unique path in life, with different starting points, challenges, and goals. Comparing yourself to others can lead to frustration, self-doubt, or unnecessary competition. We all come from cultural backgrounds and different parts of the world. Your experiences will all be different.
How to Apply: Focus on your personal growth. Celebrate your milestones, no matter how small. Use others’ success as inspiration, not as a measure of your own worth. Find a mentor, and think what are a few different ways I can apply how they have became successful into your own life.
What It Means: Distractions come in many forms — social media, toxic relationships, procrastination, or even overcommitting. These can derail your progress and sap your energy. Negative talk aroud you.
How to Apply: Identify what’s preventing you from achieving your goals. Set boundaries, create a productive environment, and prioritize tasks that align with your objectives.
Trust in God.
Stay Grateful.
Lead Others.
Encourage When Others Win.
Try New Things.
Learn Something New Everyday.
No Bad Mouthing Others.
No Negative Talk.
No Complaining.
No Victim “Poor Me” Mentality.
No Ego.
What It Means: Seeking validation from others can hold you back. Constantly needing approval can lead to decision-making based on others’ opinions rather than your true desires. Be yourself and be original. Have the linchpin approach: Linchpins are creative and stand out, while drones complete mindless work
How to Apply: Trust your instincts and stay confident in your choices. Learn to validate yourself by recognizing your own efforts and achievements, instead of relying on external praise.
What It Means: Sharing plans too early can invite unnecessary opinions, doubts, or distractions that may derail your focus or motivation. Keeping your goals private allows you to work without external pressures.
How to Apply: Keep your progress and ambitions to yourself until you’ve reached significant milestones or completed the task. Let your results speak for themselves.
What It Means: Empower yourself to take charge of your life by making your own decisions and actively seeking solutions to problems. Don’t wait for others to guide or fix things for you.
How to Apply: Weigh your options, trust your instincts, and take ownership of your choices. When faced with challenges, shift your focus to finding actionable solutions and implement them confidently.
